Love Note (T)

From the way anger burns in Achilles' eyes when he sees Patroclus, no one would believe that Achilles once spilled his entire heart into a love letter that Patroclus cruelly rejected. No one would think that the gentle soul, with his lovely eyes and gorgeous smile, could ever commit such an act, but it's true!

At least, that's Achilles' side of the story.

Take Care (T)

It’s been fourteen years since Achilles passed away, and Patroclus is… here. He’s focused his all into raising their pride and joy, their beloved daughter. Now, she’s away in college, and he’s… still here. Lingering. Unsure. Fourteen years, and he’s never stopped being… lost.

Things change when a winter rainstorm brings him an affectionate, unusually intelligent cat with orangish-blonde fur and eerie green eyes. With him, he brings new purpose, old contentment, and a realization that maybe Patroclus is not as alone as he thinks- and that he never has been.

Paradise (T)

Patroclus bitterly yet efficiently serves as Crown Prince Achilles' retainer and future Royal Advisor, their friendship long disintegrated into the petty co-dependency it is today. Their lives come to a crashing halt when an engagement journey to Scyros results in a devastating shipwreck, leaving only the two stranded on an island.

Forced together for the sake of survival, both Patroclus and Achilles will find long suppressed emotions rising to the surface- and it turns out, they're stronger than they'd ever thought.

"Young Iliad" Series

Bump and Run (E)

As the University of Achaea's star wide receiver, Achilles is prepared to make history by taking his team to homecoming glory against the University of Ilium. He's confident, unstoppable, and unflappable... except when he's in the presence of one man.

Given their history, the opportunity of another chance serves as a tempting distraction that Achilles can't help falling for. However, an unusually malevolent tension is rising between the two infamously powerhouse football programs, and it threatens to shatter everything Achilles has remade.

Hot Dogs and Science Experiments (T)

"Crisis aversion is the other thing that he misses about having Patroclus by his side- he serves as a balance to his husband and child, the statement ‘like father like daughter’ never truer than when Achilles and his daughter are in the same space. He loves Philia with his entire being, but he never realized how much he appreciated having his partner’s help. Something about this week in particular has been hard, and it has shown in the chaos that he has walked a tightrope to contain- both emotionally and in house."

Panic (T)

Life- and the things that seem so large- can change priority in a heartbeat, and Achilles and Patroclus learn the hard way that sometimes they need to pay more attention to the things that matter.

(Inspired by a Tumblr Ask i received: "[when] a single, everyday spark causes a whole wildfire, who apologizes first?")

"The Price Of-" Series

Fame (M)

After his cruel father signs a long-term contract, Patroclus is legally barred from singing like he loves- in front of anyone, ever, and certainly not in front of Achilles, the future face of Phthia Music Entertainment. So long as Patroclus can keep his mouth shut, every other door is open to him (and away from his home-life).

However, as the relationship between Patroclus and Achilles blossoms over time, so does another yearning- a yearning to be seen, to be listened to, have his own voice heard, by his lover, and soon, the music world.

Fortune (E)

The “Age of Eros” has arrived, with everything that Patroclus has ever wanted… and nothing he could’ve ever prepared for. Grit, glamour, and gossip fill days that were once his own, along with constant expectations that he strives to take on with a smile. As the pressure builds, the fast-paced life threatens to overwhelm Patroclus, but he knows that he can always lean on the undying faith and love of his soulmate when things are hard- or so Achilles still wants to believe. Can they weather this new storm, or will the price of fame and fortune cost too much in the end?

"Patrochilles & Parenthood" Series

Philia (T)

When Persephone suddenly offers Achilles and Patroclus the opportunity of an afterlife to have a child of their own, they're tempted, but unsure of whether or not they should accept. Olympus has always been notoriously fickle, and its blessings even more so. Still, they take on the risk together, leaning on their new community, and find that it is worth it in the end.

Protection (T)

A Baby Poop Blowup cares not about pride- humility will be learned this day.

After one extremely stressful incident with their infant daughter, Achilles learns what it means to let go of his fears and expectations of himself, and allows himself to grow into his new role.

Peace (T)

When Patroclus takes Philia out on her first Papa-Daughter adventure through Elysium, the worst he expects is incessant curiosity with an onslaught of questions only a four-year-old could ask. He doesn't realize that they'll both learn more than they bargained for.

Pressure (E)

When a frustrating nightmare of Troy evokes memories of longing, lust, and regret within Patroclus, he'll have to find a way to work through it with his beloved husband. Luckily, Achilles has an idea that will empower Patroclus just the way they both need.

1ST CHAP: STANDALONE; can be read without the series!

Penitence (T)

When Achilles awakens to the idyllic beauty of Phthia, of home, he realizes that every horrible thing that came to pass in ten years of a long, exhausting war, has not yet come to be at all.

Can he choose the right path this time?

If he can, will he?

Prophecy (T)

Something has been wrong with Philia Patroclione. Everyone can see it; in her quiet steps, in her subdued tones, in her agitated demeanor- their normally boisterous girl has been on edge. When she finally blows up, Achilles and Patroclus have to band together with the House to figure out what could possibly be so upsetting that it leaves such a happy girl so terrified.

Perspective (T)

The happy afterlife that Patroclus and Achilles have built is threatened when the crafty Olympians finally key onto Philia and her parentage. One misstep and its horrific consequences kicks off a domino effect of post-Trojan War realizations, in more than one household, on the value of family, life, growth, and new beginnings.

Priorities (T)

A disastrous moment on her fifteenth birthday leaves Philia's self-worth and security shattered, leaving her wondering for the first time what her true purpose in life is. However, her search for answers will lead her to discover more than she bargained for, and may permanently alter the way she views herself and those who love her- especially when it comes to her infamous father, Achilles.
